Important

  • All commissions are to be paid in gil

  • A 50% down payment of the final cost will be required before I start your commission and the remainder will be paid after its completion

  • Pricing will vary based on the complexity of the build (Eg. how many floors)

  • The less floors the more detailed the build will be

  • I use every item slot in the house so please let me know if you would like NPCs or other interactive items (Message books, retainer bells etc) beforehand

  • I do not provide furniture or dyes

  • I do not take responsibility for alterations to my designs post completion

  • Mog station items will only be used if requested

  • Allowances must be paid beforehand if I am doing setup to purchase the furniture, all remaining gil will be deposited back to you

  • Exclusive items such as ones from Doman enclave or Wolves pier must be provided by the commissioner (if I am setting up)
